We're back! What happened to us in 2011? Don't ask. Suffice is to say it wasn't our favorite year and not worth documenting, minus a few moments here and there that I will highlight on occasions that they occur to me. But we're back with some exciting new changes. Rich starts his new job this week at Godaddy.com in sunny AZ. The rest of us are shacking up with Momma K in Utah until we've secured a place to live down south. I'm looking forward to trading in my snow boots for sandals this spring. Bring the heat!
We welcomed Ryan Grant to the world on January 12. He arrived via C-section, weighing 7 lbs. 4 oz. and is buckets of fun for a new babe. Just ask Jack, who can't get enough of him. He performs all newborn tasks well and has already begun smiling, especially for Mom. Yeah, he knows who birthed him. Ryan is not afraid to sleep un-swaddled and loves baths. This is atypical for a Sorenson boy. We're grateful for a calm baby this time around, who we are optimistic may be sleeping through the night at some point. He's showing a lot of promise.
Baby #2 is a bit beefier and purrs like a lion. Rich is especially excited about this new edition to our family. She's going to be a lot of fun! Check her out:
